1Amending Title 4 (Amusements) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2Statutes, in revenues, further providing for establishment of
3State Gaming Fund and net slot machine revenue distribution.

4The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5hereby enacts as follows:

6Section 1. Section 1403(c)(2)(iv)(B) of Title 4 of the
7Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes is amended to read:

8§ 1403. Establishment of State Gaming Fund and net slot machine
9revenue distribution.

11(c) Transfers and distributions.--The department shall:

13(2) From the local share assessment established in
14subsection (b), make quarterly distributions among the
15counties hosting a licensed facility in accordance with the
16following schedule:

1(B) If the facility is a Category 3 licensed
2facility located in a county of the second class A,
32% of the gross terminal revenue from the licensed
4facility shall be [deposited into a restricted
5receipts account to be established in the
6Commonwealth Financing Authority to be used
7exclusively for grants or guarantees for projects in
8the host county that qualify under 64 Pa.C.S. §§ 1551
9(relating to Business in Our Sites Program), 1556
10(relating to Tax Increment Financing Guarantee
11Program) and 1558 (relating to Water Supply and
12Wastewater Infrastructure Program)] distributed to 
13the county hosting the licensed facility.
