                                     AN ACT

     1  Repealing certain provisions relating to blood tests for disease
     2     as part of the marriage license procedure.

     3     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     4  hereby enacts as follows:
     5  Section 1.  Repeals.
     6     The following acts and parts of acts are repealed:
     7     Section 12 of the act of April 23, 1956 (1955 P.L.1510,
     8  No.500), known as the Disease Prevention and Control Law of
     9  1955.
    10     23 Pa.C.S. §§ 1304(a) and 1305.
    11  Section 2.  Abrogation of regulations.
    12     All regulations promulgated to carry out the statutory
    13  provisions repealed under section 1 are hereby abrogated.
    14  Section 3.  Effective date.
    15     This act shall take effect immediately.
