AN ACT
1 Amending Title 68 (Real and Personal Property) of the
2 Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, further providing for
3 real estate disclosure forms.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Section 7304(b) introductory paragraph and (13)
7 of Title 68 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes are
8 amended to read:
9 § 7304. Disclosure form.

11 (b) Contents of property disclosure statement.--The form of
12 property disclosure statement promulgated by the [State Real
13 Estate Commission] commission shall call for disclosures with
14 respect to all of the following subjects:

16 (13) Soils, drainage and boundaries. This paragraph
17 includes knowledge about the property being located in an
18 agricultural security area, an area zoned agricultural or a
1 geographic area where agriculture has traditionally been
2 present.
