                                     AN ACT

     1  Making an appropriation to the Trustees of the University of
     2     Pittsburgh.

     3     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     4  hereby enacts as follows:
     5     Section 1.  The sum of $5,000,000 is hereby appropriated to
     6  the Trustees of the University of Pittsburgh for the performance
     7  of deferred maintenance.
     8     Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 1989, or
     9  immediately, whichever is later.
