AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the State System of Higher Education
2 for deferred maintenance.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The sum of $30,000,000 is hereby appropriated to
6 the State System of Higher Education for the performance of
7 deferred maintenance. The sum of $2,000,000 shall be allocated
8 to each of the following universities:
9 (1) Bloomsburg University.
10 (2) California University.
11 (3) Cheyney University.
12 (4) Clarion University - Main Campus.
13 (5) Clarion University - Venango Campus.
14 (6) East Stroudsburg University.
15 (7) Edinboro University.
16 (8) Indiana University.
17 (9) Kutztown University.
1 (10) Lock Haven University.
2 (11) Mansfield University.
3 (12) Millersville University.
4 (13) Shippensburg University.
5 (14) Slippery Rock University.
6 (15) West Chester University.
7 Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 1989, or
8 immediately, whichever is later.
