        REFERRED TO APPROPRIATIONS, JUNE 14, 1999

                                     AN ACT

     1  Making an appropriation to the Department of Military and
     2     Veterans Affairs for the National World War II Memorial,
     3     Washington, D.C.

     4     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     5  hereby enacts as follows:
     6     Section 1.  The sum of $1,300,000 is hereby appropriated to
     7  the National World War II Memorial, Washington D.C. Payment of
     8  this appropriation shall be made by the Adjutant General,
     9  Pennsylvania Department of Military and Veterans Affairs.
    10     Section 2.  This act shall take effect in 60 days.
