effective date of this section.
(c) Intergovernmental cooperation.--An agency may consult
with any Federal or State military official or agency, community
college or other postsecondary educational institution in order
to implement this section.
(d) Report to General Assembly.--An agency that certifies,
licenses or registers an occupation shall, not later than June
30 of the year that commences after the effective date of this
section and annually thereafter for a period of six years,
prepare and submit a written report on the implementation of
this section to the majority chairpersons and minority
chairpersons of the Labor and Industry Committee of the Senate,
the Labor and Industry Committee of the House of
Representatives, the Veterans Affairs and Emergency Preparedness
Committee of the Senate, the Veterans Affairs and Emergency
Preparedness Committee of the House of Representatives, the
State Government Committee of the Senate and the State
Government Committee of the House of Representatives.
(e) Construction.--Nothing in this section shall be
construed as conferring authority on an agency to determine
curriculum, program or courses offered at any community college
or other postsecondary educational institution.
(f) Definitions.--As used in this section, the following
words and phrases shall have the meanings given to them in this
subsection unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
"Agency." A department, board or commission of the
Commonwealth that certifies, licenses or registers an
occupation.
"Military occupational specialty." A category of special
duty that a member of the United States Armed Forces is trained
