        INTRODUCED BY JUBELIRER, LOEPER, MADIGAN, STOUT, EARLL,
           TOMLINSON, ROBBINS, CONTI, BODACK, MOWERY, TILGHMAN, MUSTO,
           SCHWARTZ, TARTAGLIONE, COSTA, WHITE, DENT, THOMPSON, WENGER,
           HOLL, WAGNER, MURPHY, RHOADES, LEMMOND, FUMO, WOZNIAK,
           BRIGHTBILL AND PICCOLA, SEPTEMBER 27, 1999

        AS AMENDED ON THIRD CONSIDERATION, SEPTEMBER 29, 1999

                                     AN ACT

     1  Designating a portion of U.S. Route 322 in Juniata County,
     2     Mifflin County and Centre County as the J. Doyle Corman
     3     Highway.

     4     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     5  hereby enacts as follows:
     6     Section 1.  The sections of U.S. Route 322 in Juniata County,
     7  Mifflin County and Centre County, from the Arch Rock Road Exit
     8  in Juniata County to the intersection with SR 144 in Centre
     9  County, are hereby designated as the J. Doyle Corman Highway.
    10     Section 2.  The Department of Transportation shall erect and
    11  maintain appropriate signs displaying the name of the highway to
    12  both eastbound and westbound traffic.
    13     Section 3.  This act shall take effect in 30 days              <--
