AN ACT
1 Designating a section of Allegheny Avenue (SR 1013) in
2 Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania, as Roxanne H. Jones
3 Avenue.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. That section of Allegheny Avenue (SR 1013) in
7 Philadelphia County, beginning on Ridge Avenue and ending at
8 Sedgley Avenue, is hereby designated and shall also be known as
9 Roxanne H. Jones Avenue.
10 Section 2. The Department of Transportation shall erect and
11 maintain road signs, which shall display the name of Roxanne H.
12 Jones Avenue, at the beginning and the end of the section of the
13 avenue designated in section 1.
14 Section 3. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
