AN ACT
1 Designating Route 581 in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, as the
2 POW-MIA Memorial Highway.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. POW-MIA Memorial Highway.
6 Route 581 in Cumberland County, beginning at Interstate 81
7 and ending at Interstate 83, is hereby designated and shall be
8 known as the POW-MIA Memorial Highway.
9 Section 2. Signs.
10 The Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain
11 road signs, which shall display the name of POW-MIA Memorial
12 Highway, at the beginning and the end of the section of the
13 highway designated in section 1.
14 Section 3. Effective date.
15 This act shall take effect in 60 days.
