AN ACT
1 Designating Route 581 in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, as the
2 POW-MIA Memorial AMERICAN EX-PRISONERS OF WAR Highway. <--
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. POW-MIA Memorial AMERICAN EX-PRISONERS OF WAR <--
6 Highway.
7 Route 581 in Cumberland County, beginning at Interstate 81
8 and ending at Interstate 83, is hereby designated and shall be
9 known as the POW-MIA Memorial AMERICAN EX-PRISONERS OF WAR <--
10 Highway.
11 Section 2. Signs.
12 The Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain
13 road signs, which shall display the name of POW-MIA Memorial <--
14 AMERICAN EX-PRISONERS OF WAR Highway, at the beginning and the <--
15 end of the section of the highway designated in section 1.
16 Section 3. Effective date.
17 This act shall take effect in 60 days.
