AN ACT
1 Repealing acts relating to enrollment taxes.
2 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
3 hereby enacts as follows:
4 Section 1. Repeal of acts relating to enrolment taxes.
5 The following acts and parts of acts are repealed:
6 Act of May 1, 1868 (P.L.106, No.68), entitled "An act to
7 revise, amend and consolidate existing laws regulating
8 enrolment tax."
9 Act of April 17, 1869 (P.L.69, No.45), entitled "An act
10 to extend the time for paying certain enrolment taxes."
11 Act of April 14, 1870 (P.L.75, No.49), entitled "An act
12 to extend the time for paying certain enrolment taxes."
13 Act of May 3, 1871 (P.L.249, No.236), entitled "An act to
14 extend the time for paying certain enrolment taxes."
15 Act of April 3, 1872 (P.L.39, No.30), entitled "An act to
16 extend the time for paying certain enrolment taxes."
17 Section 2. Effective date.
1 This act shall take effect immediately.
