                                     AN ACT

     1  Renaming State Route 424 in Luzerne County from the Hazleton
     2     South Beltway to the Greater Hazleton Chamber of Commerce
     3     Beltway.

     4     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     5  hereby enacts as follows:
     6  Section 1.  Greater Hazleton Chamber of Commerce Beltway.
     7     (a)  Designation.--The section of State Route 424 in Luzerne
     8  County, now known as the Hazleton South Beltway, is hereby
     9  redesignated the Greater Hazleton Chamber of Commerce Beltway.
    10     (b)  Signs.--The Department of Transportation shall erect and
    11  maintain appropriate signs displaying the name of the highway to
    12  traffic in both directions on the highway and at exit 141 of
    13  Interstate Route 81.
    14  Section 2.  Effective date.
    15     This act shall take effect in 60 days.
