                                     AN ACT

     1  Amending Title 4 (Amusements) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
     2     Statutes, further providing for restrictions on members of
     3     the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.

     4     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     5  hereby enacts as follows:
     6     Section 1.  Section 1201(h) of Title 4 of the Pennsylvania
     7  Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a paragraph to read:
     8  § 1201.  Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board established.

    10     (h)  Qualifications and restrictions.--
    11         * * *
    12         (13)  No member shall meet with any person, except for
    13     any other member of the board or employee of the board, or
    14     discuss with any person issues involving the approval,
    15     issuance, denial, conditioning, suspension, revocation,
    16     refusal to renew, voiding or forfeiture of a license or
    17     permit or any matter whatsoever which may reasonably be
    18     expected to come before the board, or any member thereof, for

     1     determination unless the meeting or discussion takes place on
     2     the business premises of the board. However, board members
     3     may meet to consider matters requiring the physical
     4     inspection of equipment or premises at the location of the
     5     equipment or premises. All meetings or discussion subject to
     6     this paragraph shall be noted in a log maintained by the
     7     board for this purpose and available for public inspection.

     9     Section 2.  This act shall take effect in 60 days.
