AN ACT
1 Amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2 Statutes, further providing for violations relating to
3 motorcycle riders.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Section 3525 of Title 75 of the Pennsylvania
7 Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a subsection to read:
8 § 3525. Protective equipment for motorcycle riders.

10 (e) Secondary offense.--No person shall be cited for or
11 convicted of a violation of this section unless he or she is
12 also convicted of another violation of this title which occurred
13 at the same time.
14 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
