AN ACT
1 Providing a supplemental appropriation for gypsy moth and other
2 insect and disease control.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The amount of $2,500,000, or as much thereof as
6 may be necessary, is hereby appropriated to the Department of
7 Environmental Resources for gypsy moth and other insect and
8 disease control for the fiscal year July 1, 1989, to June 30,
9 1990. This amount shall be in addition and supplemental to
10 amounts previously appropriated for these purposes by the act of
11 July 1, 1989 (P.L. , No.3A), known as the General
12 Appropriation Act of 1989.
13 Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
