AN ACT
1 Redesignating the Northeast Veterans Center as the Gino J. Merli
2 Northeast Veterans Center.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. Center.
6 (a) Designation.--The Veterans Center currently known as the
7 Northeast Veterans Center, 401 Penn Avenue, Scranton,
8 Pennsylvania, 18503, shall be designated as the Gino J. Merli
9 Northeast Veterans Center.
10 (b) Signs.--The Department of Military and Veterans Affairs
11 shall erect and maintain signs on the premises of the center and
12 surrounding property noting the name as the Gino J. Merli
13 Northeast Veterans Center in each place where the center is
14 currently designated as the Northeast Veterans Center.
15 Section 2. Effective date.
16 This act shall take effect immediately.
