An Act amending the act of November 26, 1975 (P. L. 438, No. 124), known as the "Child Protective Services Law," defining neglect; further defining child abuse and sexual abuse; further providing for recordkeeping duties of the department and for duties of child protective services concerning reports of abuse; and providing for training and certification of caseworkers and for positive parenting courses and for funding thereof.
