Short Title:
An Act relating to and defining the profession of the humane society police officer; conferring powers and imposing duties on the State Board of Humane Society Police Officers and the Department of Agriculture; providing for examination, licensure and continuing education; providing for the granting, cancellation, suspension and revocation of appointments; preserving the rights of existing appointments; providing for search warrants; providing for promulgation of rules and regulations; providing penalties and remedies for persons engaged in the profession of humane society police officers; promoting the protection of all domestic animals and preventing any acts of cruelty; and making a repeal.
