Short Title:
An Act amending the act of June 5, 1968 (P. L. 140, No. 78), entitled "An act regulating the writing, cancellation of or refusal to renew policies of automobile insurance; and imposing powers and duties on the Insurance Commissioner therefor," providing that insurers which refuse to renew or write automobile insurance policies shall be prohibited from writing new policies for other types of insurance; and prohibiting insurers from refusing to renew policies or refusing to write new policies except in accordance with an approved plan.
