An Act providing for concurrent jurisdiction between the United States and the Commonwealth over certain parks and historic sites; providing for the transfer of certain personal property to the United States; and permitting municipalities and the Pennsylvania State Police to enter into cooperative agreements with the National Park Service relating to enforcement of Vehicle Code provisions.
