An Act amending the act of May 17, 1921 (P.L.682, No.284), known as The Insurance Company Law of 1921, providing for prior approval for policy and rate changes, for notification of clinical trial coverage, for colorectal cancer screening coverage, for prescription drug coverage, for cranial hair vacuum prostheses coverage, for cervical cancer screening coverage, for coverage of treatment ordered by worksite-based employee assistance programs and for extension of health care benefits prior to termination of employment; and making repeals.
