An Act amending the act of June 3, 1937 (P.L.1333, No.320), known as the Pennsylvania Election Code, further providing for manner of signing nominating petitions and for nominations by political bodies; providing for public financing for candidates for the office of Governor and Lieutenant Governor; establishing the Pennsylvania Fair Campaign Fund; and providing qualifications for funding, for payments, for use of funds, for authorized expenditures, for limitation on contributions, for return of funds and for penalties.
