RESOLVED, That Senate Resolution No. 225, Printer's No. 1471, entitled "A Resolution
directing the Legislative Budget and Finance Committee to conduct an evaluation of
the Department of Public Welfare's Human Services Block Grant Pilot Program," having
been referred to the Committee on Public Health and Welfare on October 15, 2013, and
the committee not having reported the same to the Senate for a period of over ten
legislative days, the committee be discharged from further consideration thereof. (Senators TEPLITZ, KASUNIC, STACK, FERLO, COSTA, HUGHES, FONTANA and BREWSTER)
