The Speaker acknowledged receipt of a letter from the Independent Fiscal Office regarding Senate Bill 997, Printer’s Number 1465.
The Speaker acknowledged receipt of the Joint State Government Commissions’ Public School Code Reports: Information Disclosure of the State-Related Universities, 2020; and Instructional Output and Faculty Salary Costs of the State-Related and State-Owned Universities, 2020.
The Speaker acknowledged receipt of the following Reports from the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection: The Annual Low-Level Radioactive Waste Program Report for Calendar Year 2018; and The 2018-2019 Annual Report of the Pennsylvania Energy Development Authority.
The Speaker acknowledged receipt of the Office of Attorney General’s Annual Sovereign Immunity Report Fiscal Years 2018-2019.
The Speaker acknowledged receipt of the following Reports from the Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry: The Workforce Development Board’s 2019 Annual Report; The Administration and Enforcement of the Construction Workplace Misclassification Act Annual Report; and The 2020 Analysis of the Pennsylvania Minimum Wage Report.
The Speaker acknowledged receipt of the NAPA Annual Report for Fiscal Year, 2018-19 from the Pennsylvania Department of Community & Economic Development.
