Subject: Constitutional Amendment Regarding the Statute of Limitations and Childhood Sexual Abuse
 
As we move into the new legislative session, we remain steadfast in our commitment to the proposed constitutional amendment granting abuse victims a fresh avenue for pursuing justice. After many years of debate on the issue, a notorious bureaucratic failure stopped a previous effort toward a ballot question. Now justice advocates and voters are expecting our renewed effort to advance the measure forward once again.

I invite you to join me in taking this next critical step to gain a measure of justice for the victims of horrific abuse.
