Subject: | Rep. Barbin :: Changes in Post-Trial Reporting by District Attorneys |
In the Report of the Task Force on Child Protection, the Commission and Task Force found that the list of licensing boards to which mandated port-trial reports are made by District Attorneys, is obsolete. Several of the boards of the Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs have changed names, and new boards have been created. I will soon be offering a bill that brings the relevant statute [Section 9561(b) of Title 42] up to date by correctly listing the licensing boards to which these reports shall be made. This bill is part of a comprehensive package of reforms in response to the Report of the Task Force on Child Protection. |
