Subject: Senate Confirmation of CEO's
 
In the very near future, I will re-introduce a bill (SB 812) to amend the Administrative Code to require Senate confirmation by the majority of the Senate the individual appointed to the chief executive officer of the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission.

Introduced as SB551
