Subject: | Re-Introduction - Retired Veteran License Plate (formerly HB 134) |
I will be re-introducing legislation (formerly HB 134) that will authorize PennDOT to issue a license plate designating eligible veterans as “Retired.” Applicants must pay a fee of $20 to cover PennDOT costs and provide documentation as to their retired status. Our veterans who have dedicated over twenty years of their life in service to our country or who have retired upon receiving serious injury in combat, may now proudly display their retired status. Please join me in supporting this legislation that will honor our veterans in this small way.
