Subject: | Voluntary Suspension of Phone Services |
In the near future, I plan to re-introduce Senate Bill 1226 from last session. This legislation that would allow telephone customers to suspend their service for up to one year. During that year, they would maintain their telephone number and pay a flat $5 monthly fee for the suspension. No other rates, fees, or charges may be imposed for a voluntary suspension of service. If you have any questions regarding this legislation, please contact my Harrisburg office. |
