Subject: Resolution – Explore PA Outdoors Week
 
In the near future, I plan on introducing a resolution designating the week of October 25th – 31st as “Explore PA Outdoors Week” in Pennsylvania. The week of “Explore PA Outdoors Week” coincides with the hunting seasons for deer, bear and wild turkey.

This resolution encourages everyone to explore Pennsylvania’s diverse nature and beauty, and the many different outdoor activities Pennsylvania offers, such as:
  • Hunting
  • Fishing
  • Boating
  • All-Terrain Vehicle riding
  • Trapping
  • Horseback riding
  • Biking
  • Hiking
  • Camping
  • Observing birds and other wildlife
I hope you will join me by cosponsoring this resolution to encourage everyone to explore the Pennsylvania outdoors in all of its splendor.
