Subject: Resolution Condemning Religious Discrimination
 
In the very near future I am going to introduce a resolution condemning the categorization of people in the law based solely on their membership or belief or non-belief or adherence to or ancestral lineage in any particular religion. This includes all areas of the law, including areas related to immigration and naturalization, tourism, education, and military service.

The purpose of this resolution is to put the Pennsylvania legislature on record in opposing religious discrimination under the law.
