Subject: Medal of Honor and Purple Heart Recipient Tuition Waiver Program (Prior HB 1019)
 
I am planning to reintroduce legislation amending Title 51 (Military Affairs) providing a tuition waiver for recipients of the Medal of Honor or the Purple Heart.

A recipient of one or both of these highly ranked medals has more than demonstrated their sacrifice and worth to pursue an education free of charge.

Please join me in cosponsoring this legislation for those individuals who have sacrificed much in the service to their country.
