Subject: 2024 Can-Am Police-Fire Games
 
In the near future I will be introducing a Resolution asking the General Assembly to support the selection of Butler County as the location for the 2024 Can-Am Police-Fire Games. The Can-Am Police-Fire Games is a prestigious bi-annual event that is held in the United States or Canada. The Games bring over 1000 protective service personnel from all over the United States and Canada to compete in over 30 events, conducted at every skill level, in an Olympic style format.

Butler County has made it to the finals and will be competing against Savannah, Georgia to host the Games! This event would be beneficial to Butler County and the Commonwealth. It would provide an economic boost as well as honor our first responders.

Please join me in sponsoring this resolution to show the House of Representatives support for Pennsylvania to host the 2024 Can-Am Police-Fire Games!
