Subject: Allowing Consumption of Liquor and Wine in Billiard Rooms
 
In the near future, I plan to introduce legislation allowing billiard players the ability to consume liquor and wine in a billiard room.

Currently, billiard players can only purchase beer in a licensed premise then carry the beer and consume it in the billiard room.

This legislation would allow billiard rooms the same privilege that bowling alleys have where liquor and wine is concerned. Billiard players would be able to purchase liquor and wine in a licensed premise next to and under the same roof as the billiard room and be able to carry and consume the drink in the billiard room.
