Subject: Monoclonal Antibody Treatment Database
 
I will soon introduce legislation requiring the Department of Health (DOH) to construct and publish a publicly accessible COVID-19 antibody treatment database for Pennsylvanians.  Mirrored by the vast availability of the treatments and treatment centers in Florida, this legislation will broaden education, awareness, and accessibility of these lifesaving treatments.  This information will allow Pennsylvanians to search and locate a provider near them with available antibody treatments similarly to how we now can search for COVID-19 vaccines.
 
The links to antibody locators in Florida are included by way of comparison to those here in Pennsylvania, as you can see, user access to this information and search tools is not only easy to read but far less confusing than Pennsylvania’s.
