Subject: Healthcare Facility Equipment Inventory
 
In the near future, I plan to re-introduce legislation (former HB 281) that would require all healthcare facilities to report a list of healthcare equipment maintained by the healthcare facility as part of their annual licensure process. Additionally, when a disaster emergency is declared, the facility is required to report this information to the department within 24 hours of the declaration.
