Subject: Bergey’s Mill Road Bridge Land Acquisition in Montgomery County
 
In the near future, I plan to introduce legislation that will authorize an acquisition of land from Lower Salford Township, Montgomery County, to the County in an agreement under the Project 70 Land Acquisition and Borrowing Act (Act 8 of 1964/1) for a bridge replacement project located on Bergey’s Mill Road over the East Branch Perkiomen Creek at County Bridge 146.

The County through the Montgomery County Transportation Authority is acquiring portions of land in Bergey Park to complete the bridge replacement.

Please join me in co-sponsoring this legislation.
