Subject: Taxpayer Dollars to Benefit PA
 
After reading an article that highlighted a state affiliated institution's use of funds for missions to foreign nations that are of little benefit to Pennsylvanians, I am planning to introduce legislation that will require education or research institutions receiving taxpayer dollars to document how the use of those dollars substantially benefits the Commonwealth or its residents. Please join me in helping Pennsylvania families get the benefit of their buck.
