Subject: Philadelphia County Land Transfer
 
In the near future, I plan to introduce legislation that will authorize the transfer of land in Philadelphia County. The transfer would allow for the grant and the conveyance of 2100 W. Girard Avenue under terms and conditions to be established by the county and the Department of General Services in an agreement of sale.
