Subject: Urging the PA Congressional Delegation to Oppose the Biden EPA Regulation for Power Plants
 
In the near future, I plan to introduce a resolution calling on the Pennsylvania Congressional Delegation to oppose the Biden Administration’s job killing EPA Regulation for power plants. This resolution will also demand the Shapiro Administration to stand up for PA workers and families, and energy communities who are the primary victims of the power plant rule. We have heard that our electric grid is being strained to the point of our region having to worry about black outs and brown outs. Within 5 years, this thoughtless policy would only push that fear to become a reality. This regulation is the equivalent of the Biden Administration “imposing sanctions” on Pennsylvania in light of our envied natural resources and power generation assets.
 
I hope you will join me in standing alongside Pennsylvania energy and supporting the engine that keeps the east coast running.
