Subject: Defending Medical Freedom by Banning Vaccine Passports
 
Requiring vaccine passports as a condition for participation in society violates the principles of medical privacy and individual freedom. This legislation will ban state and local governments, as well as private businesses, from mandating vaccine passports. 
 

The Commonwealth Connection: 
 

  1. Privacy: Medical decisions should remain private. 

  1. Freedom: No citizen should be excluded from public life based on their vaccination status. 

  1. Equality: Prevents discrimination against individuals with legitimate medical or personal objections. 

Together we can ensure that Pennsylvania remains a beacon of freedom and fairness.
