Subject: Constitutional Amendment Recognizing Only Male and Female in Pennsylvania
 
I will soon be introducing legislation proposing a constitutional amendment enshrining a proper recognition of the male and female sexes in our Constitution.

Ensuring that Pennsylvania and its political subdivisions treat men and women equally requires that our law can actually recognize what men and women are. We must protect women and girls from biological males seeking to compete with them and to enter their private spaces.  The amendment will clarify that Pennsylvania’s Constitution recognizes only the sexes of male and female as determined by biological sex at birth.
