Subject: Watershed Storm Water Management Plan Exemption - Municipalities with No Public Water or Sewer System (Prior HB 553, 2031-2024)
 
In the near future, I plan on re-introducing legislation that will exempt municipalities that do not have a public water or sewer system, from participating in the watershed storm water management plan. This will alleviate the financial hardship on municipalities all across the Commonwealth.

I hope you will join me in co-sponsoring this important piece of legislation.
