AGING AND OLDER ADULT SERVICES The committee received testimony on H.B. 122 (Casorio), which would establish the Senior Alert System; and provide for duties of the Pennsylvania State Police and H.B. 726 (Youngblood), which would further provide for Pennsylvania Amber Alert System established, for prohibited use, for coordination with other jurisdictions and for immunity; and creating the Missing Endangered Person Advisory System. |
