Summary The committee received testimony on SB 941 (Corman), which would amend Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) of the PA Consolidated Statutes, further providing for public drunkenness & similar misconduct & for purchase, consumption, possession or transportation of liquor or malt or brewed beverages; & SB 943 (Corman), which would amend Title 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) of the PA Consolidated Statutes, in financial matters, imposing an alcohol offense prevention fee in certain municipalities.
