Summary The committee received testimony on H.B. 1092 (Barrar), which would amend the act of April 9, 1929 (P.L.177, No.175), known as The Administrative Code of 1929, providing for the Office of Veteran Advocate; assigning duties to the Office of Attorney General; and H.B. 1152 (Perry), which would amend Title 51 (Military Affairs) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes and establish additional points and veteran preference for Civil Service applicants.
