How can I get my information updated?

Senate employees:

Your supervising member/officer should send the information to the Senate Chief Clerk.

House employees:

• If you work for the Democratic Caucus, please contact the Human Resources Department.
• If you work for the Republican Caucus, please contact the Human Resources Department.
• If you work for House Core, please contact the Personnel Department under the House Chief Clerk.

Legislative Service Agencies:

Please contact the Director of your agency.

Partial Names:

You can search for complete names, or partial names. For example, if you are uncertain of the spelling of an individual's first or last name, simply enter the first letter (or letters) of the name (first and/or last).

Proper Names:

The database contains "official" name formats, reflecting what the user has supplied to the various personnels. For example, searching for the name Kathy will not return instances of Cathy, Kathleen, etc. As another example, searching for Tony will not return instances of Anthony.

If you are unsure of the user's name, simply use the first letter or 2 of that person's name.

Please note that Name Search does not support wildcards (*) at this time.

Partial Numbers:

You can search for complete phone numbers, or partial phone numbers. For example, if you are uncertain of any part of a person's phone number, simply enter the part of the number you do know and click on "Search".

Please note that hyphens are not necessary.
