Short Title:
An Act amending the act of April 12, 1951 (P.L.90, No.21), known as the Liquor Code, further providing for the definitions of "limited winery" and "wine," for wine auction permits, for interlocking business prohibited, for breweries, for unlawful acts relative to liquor, alcohol and liquor licensees, for unlawful acts relative to liquor, malt and brewed beverages and licensees, for license required, for limited wineries and for posting of license and business hours.
