Short Title:
An Act amending the act of June 26, 1895 (P.L.350, No.258), entitled "An act creating a Bureau of Health in the Department of Public Safety in cities of the second class, defining the powers and duties thereof and of the officers thereunder, prescribing rules and regulations and laws respecting the public health, and authorizing and imposing fines, penalties and punishments for violations thereof," repealing provisions relating to the powers of the Department of Public Safety, the Director and officers thereof, the powers of the Bureau of Health and the bringing of contagious or communicable diseases into cities.
